I have been a Sparker for quite some time, but I had a lot of upheaval in my personal life, and I have regained almost all of the weight that I had lost. I am working on finding out who I am again, as well as working towards a healthy life.

1. Lose another 15.5 lbs before my vacation starting July 17th 2010.
2. Lose another 65.5 lbs total.
My Program:
Since getting back on track, I've been working out 5 days a week, and trying to eat healthier (planning my calories to allow myself one small sweet every day helps a lot!)
