Life, It's Rewards, and It's Failures
Last October I posted something on here, to motivate myself, to push myself. But after moving again, I fell completely off the path of this diet, I was barely being able to make ends meet, I was constantly stressed, It was all down hill. But I did great and I havn't gained back any of the 20 lbs i lost before I fell off the path. As a batter as a fact I am down to 265 which is 3 lbs more lost. I realize this isn't a big lose for the many months I have been away. But that's life you know? ...

But I did great and I havn't gained back any of the 20 lbs i lost before I fell off the path. As a batter as a fact I am down to 265 which is 3 lbs more lost. I realize this isn't a big lose for the many months I have been away. But that's life you know? I've been pretty sick lately, but I finally have medical insurance, and come August 30, 2010 at 9 AM I have my first Dr's appointment since 2008. I've been tracking my ovulation cycle just as a friend of the family said to do. Now mind you for the last 7 years i would only have a monthly ever4-6 months and two years it was none at all. but the last 4 months I have been regular, Still no LH surge... But that'll come eventually as i get my self back on the right track. We got a dog, she called Macy, back in April. She's a beautiful, White german shepherd. and they think she has a little timber wolf in her. We got her from the Steven's County humane society. My husband has gotten a better job, in March, and since then our living has been getting slightly easier each month. We no longer have to depend on food stamps, and we don't have to worry too much about food or bills.

My Goals:
go from 299#'s to 135#'s (already down to 268) to become healthy and fit (*on my way.. ^_^) Get closer to my family and help them get healthy if not fit too. (my husband and my sister is in on this, that's an improvement...) to get pregnant (may have to resort to INVTRO or something similar...)
My Program:
i want to go from 285 (current is 268) to 145 and so i am counting calories watching what i take in and burning them as best as i can.... I will be bike riding Sunday's and Mondays All Day... these are my hubby's day's off and it's a great way to relax and spend time together too

Well, i really love 70's and 80's music ^_^ it makes you wanna MOOOVE! i have three favorite (above all other) movies: 1:Tokyo drift 2:labyrinth 3: Queen of the damned. just not particularly in that order ^_^
