My favorite workouts change as my body decides things aren't gonna work anymore. So I would have said boxing, it feels soooo good, but lately it triggers migraines and isn't all that great for older people because the impact can cause detached a retina. So I slip it in every once in a while. But lately, it's all about walks, super fast ones, with a little jogging and even a few sprints thrown in as I try to keep up with my son. 471 days ago

I also ADORE my allotment!
They are very popular in England and I was on a waiting list for 2 years before I got it, but I've never regretted it (if I've counted correctly, it is my 5th season on it.) I'm not the best of gardener and it can be a bit hit and miss, but I enjoy it so thoroughly, I couldn't imagine being without it now. I went today and seeing my herbs, lettuce, potatoes, etc starting to grow is extremely satisfying and exciting!
