I am starting 2013 at 187lbs. Things I will accomplish in 2013: ~ wear size 10 clothing ~Continue my fitness schedule of 1-2 hrs/ day 5 days a week ~ 10,000 steps/day ~ Maintain a really awesome yoga pose for 6 breaths (I am thinking crow) ~run a 15K ~run a 10 minute mile ~ continue to eat clean ~ read 50 books (children's books don't count) ~ drink 1 glass of water before eating anything and 1 glass of water with each meal ...

I love kayaking and canoeing. I hope to one day become a published author. I participated in NaWriMo and did not finish (better luck next year). I am addicted to bright funky colored yarn and knitting.
