My name is Carrie. I am 33 years old. Married to a great man and I have two sons. A 8 year old and a 1 year old.

I have always been a little overweight, but now I am way overweight. I am not meant to be 125 pounds, but would like to be thinner than I am now and feel good about who I am. I want to dress cute again, feel pretty and feel sexy. I want my husband to look at me and say "Yep that's my wife!"

If you can't handle me at my worst, you don't deserve me at my best.

The book we are reading is ‘100 Days of Weight Loss: The Secret to Being Successful on Any Diet Plan’, by Linda Spangle. Here is a description from Amazon.
