I've been piddling around enough with this weight. I've gained quite a bit back of what I lost back in 2007. I know what I'm doing wrong and I am going to change it beginnng right now! Some of my NEW GOALS are:

1. Stop eating things I know are not good for me, at the very least, limit them!

I've been piddling around enough with this weight. I've gained quite a bit back of what I lost back in 2007. I know what I'm doing wrong and I am going to change it beginnng right now! Some of my NEW GOALS are:

1. Stop eating things I know are not good for me, at the very least, limit them!

2. Fit exercise into my day, even if it's only 10 or 15 minutes. It doesn't have to be all or nothing!

3. Rely on what I've learned from Luke about diet and exercise, and know that it all starts in my mind. This is so important for me to remember!

4. I won't feel deprived if I can't have a darn tootsie roll!

5. I won't be pressured by others to eat things I don't want or need! Especially at work!

6. I still want to run a 5k and now that I have weekends off, there is no excuse.

7. I will limit my time online. This really cuts into my free time. This is the hard one!

8. I will rely on my Spark friends to get me through tough times. And I know they won't let me down! I have some GREAT Spark friends!

9. I will not feel guilty and give up when I backslide, and I know this will happen. I will move on.

10. Make it a priority to get my thyroid meds at the right dosage. So far, it's been ok, other than not being able to lose any weight :(

11. Get my Vitamin D levels up to where it will help me lose weight.

12. Make sure I'm doing all I can to prevent diabetes, since my father had it.

13. I will make ME my number one project starting now! And NOT feel guilty about it!

Love that I have 13 goals, since for me it's never been an unlucky number :)

My Goals:
My goals are to get to a healthy weight and learn to live and eat healthy! I've been struggling with this lately and know what I need to do. I do have my moments when I NEED something sweet, but as long as I don't go overboard, I'll be ok. I am starting new and am ready to get moving again!

My Program:
After 32 months of training with Luke, the best personal trainer ever, he has closed his gym. I've joined another gym and have a new trainer, Joey, a great personal trainer! He pushes a lot harder than Luke and really gives me a good workout. I'm only able to go twice a week and I know I should be doing something else when I'm not there. So, I've finally started going to yoga once a week and really like it! I am intrigued with kickboxing and mma, thanks to Luke. He is a pro MMA fighter and I would love to see him fight! Someday........ :)
Wow, need to update this! Haven't been lifting weights or had a personal trainer since Joey got married last summer. Why do all my trainers get married and leave me? lol Also, no yoga either since my instructor moved to NC, and can't seem to find a good replacement, even after going to two different places. Besides, I also found out I have 3 herniated discs in my neck, so no extreme yoga positions for awhile :(

Personal Information:
I turned 50 on March 9th, 2008, and have gotten into pretty good shape, even though I have gained back some of the weight I lost. I can still run and lift heavy with the best of them! I was very athletic when I was younger, playing basketball & softball in school, tennis, and even football with the boys out of school! If it was considered a sport, I would try it! Seems like I spent my youth running, climbing, hiking, biking, and just playing and having fun! I finally feel like I can go out and do any of these things now!

I have been married to Jack since October, 1987, 25 years. We both work for the Postal Service and are so looking forward to retirement, effective January 31, 2013, due to a buyout! Now we can spend our time travelling. I have one son, Jimmy, who is 28, and engaged to be married to Ashley. He has a daughter, Riley, who was 8 on May 27th. She is my only grandchild so far!

I WILL be in the best shape of my life in the coming months.

And I STI

Other Information:

Love poker!

Love to read!

Love to travel!

Love Sudoku!

Love football!

Love photography!

And love my old Eclipse! R.I.P. :(

Awww, Trish, do I have to stay away from the Potato Patch!?!?! Just one more time pretty please!?
I will ride the Thunderbolt and think of you. Better yet, why don't you drive over and join us for the day?
I lost 2 more lbs this week.
I love this "divorce diet" but I don't recommend it.
Thanks for your daily support. You are so kind. Yes you are right, I will get thru this and I will be stronger. I'm trying to keep everything positive and I'm doing really well. I shed a few tears yesterday when I read the card that everyone signed for us (at work). But I have most of their addresses and I do intend to keep in touch. Surprisingly most of them aren't on the computer. A few are though.
One step closer to NY. The end of the tunnel is in sight. And I'm going to be happy dancing the rest of the way. Love you, kim

Vacation pics were so fun.!
Your page is *A*W*E*S*O*M*E*
Tracking may be efficient, but, it's a pain in my @$$. Especially today when I am dying of the common cold and all the kids decided that they needed to too and those stupid Lady Godiva chocolate are the WORST at hide and seek! I caught them squirreling away in the crevises of the cupboard and I am now convinced (convinced) they have magical healing properties.
Shall I experiment?
Best 2 out of 3?
