To lose about 20-30 pounds and tone muscles while losing fat. I would love to challenge my mind and body to levels I never deemed possible before!
I get bored veeeeery easily, so I like to mix exercises up to keep motivation up. Right now I do a mix of Insanity, p90x, Brazilian Butt lift, Zumba, jogging and whatever else I can fix in.
This is my second round trying to lose weight! A few years back I hit my breaking point and weighed 188 pounds. I decided to push my self and was able to get down to 128! But the last two years have regained and am now 153. I am determined to get back to 128!!!
