Hi! I'm new here as well and I'm sure you'll find better advise from others. However I've recently found the little push I need to get going in the right direction from a hypnosis CD. I received it with a smoking cessation program I purchased. I find it's even more helpful with other health-related goals because it's worded so that you focus on your health rather than just not smoking.
We're about the same height / weight so good luck! I'm really fond of being able to really track my calories here.
