tryglycerides at 284, love that butter, hi, I am Catherine and I am hungry but when I am not hungry then I am not losing, today for dinner I am having a peanut butter sandwich and have nothing but white balloon bread, this sucks.Finances make it hard to eat healthy, do you think so?

Hi! I'm new here as well and I'm sure you'll find better advise from others. However I've recently found the little push I need to get going in the right direction from a hypnosis CD. I received it with a smoking cessation program I purchased. I find it's even more helpful with other health-related goals because it's worded so that you focus on your health rather than just not smoking.

We're about the same height / weight so good luck! I'm really fond of being able to really track my calories here.

LOOKING FOR HELP...VASCILLATING BETWEEN ONE DIET AND ANOTHER. dOCTOR SPEAKS OF BOOK EAT RIGHT FOR YOUR BODY TYPE WHICH I AM TYPE O WHICH GIVES ME ABDOMINAL GIRTH...160 LBS UNCHANGED...5 FOOT 3...CANNOT SEEM TO FIND MY NICHE/ CAN ANYONE HELP? i GO FROM STARVING MYSELF DUE TO LACK OF INTEREST IN FOOD TO EATING TOO MUCH AND BLOOD SUGAR IS HIGH NORMAL IN MORNINGS POST FASTING SO WHAT TO DO? WHAT TO DO?
