December 29, 2011: I joined Spark in Feb. 2010 to lose weight for my class reunion in Oct. 2010, and I lost 20 lbs for it! But since then I've slacked off on exercise and fallen back into my worst habit of eating late at night. Gained back all of that weight plus more. Ugh! Over the years I've felt ashamed, embarrassed, angry, depressed, and defeated in regards to my weight. Now FEAR is the motivating factor to get it off. Over the years I've felt ashamed, embarrassed, angry, depressed, and defeated in regards to my weight. Now FEAR is the motivating factor to get it off. I will be 35 in July and know the older I get the harder it will be to lose weight. I've got to get going NOW! UPDATE 1/1/13: I lost 34 pounds last year, 30 inches, and 5 pants sizes. My new goal is to lose 30 pounds by August 4, 2013.

1. Drinking water in place of other beverages. 2. Portion control 3. Not eating after 9pm 4. Exercising at least 3 days per week. 5. Keeping food journal.

I am on Facebook way too much. NCIS is my favorite show (hence my background pic :) ). I love Zumba!
