Healthy and Fit Focus

I have really fallen off the wagon and now weigh 204 pounds, the most I have ever weighed. Depressing.

BUT....

Now is the time to kick life in the butt and take control. This is my life and I want to enjoy it to the max! I want to enjoy our trip to Yellow Stone National Park at the end of August and improving my health will be a first step.

Today is the day!

I will walk/jog 30 minutes every day.
