To consistently loose 1-2 lbs a week

Attending the gym at least 3 times a week with my friends. I also want to start strength training along with cardio. Watching my calories and hoping for results.

Other Information:
Have started reading again. I actually have been picking up my book at the gym when I am doing the stationary bike for a cool down. I find that I look forward to that part of the workout because it is not just a workout after a grueling cardio session, but it is an escape.
