A whole new life

I have struggled with my weight since I was pregnant with my first child 25 years ago. In High School, I had a 28 inch waist. I know I will never get that back, but I also know that this is not healthy for me. My biggest problem is a lack of will power so I know this will not be easy, but I am prepared to fight!!!
