I'm giving this page a try because I feel like this website lets me be a little OCD about what I eat, and how much I work out.

I don't think I'm fat...but I think that I can definitely lose a little weight in a healthy way! Any advice would be great!

Thanks for the encouragement! Oh and I plan for this to be a great month !! I did turbo Jam Abs the other day and it was a killer workout! Lifted Arms/leg weights today!

thanx for the encouragement on my blog!! I really worked my tail end off in January! (part of me wishes I would not have wasted so much time trying to get focused LOL- but I am just GLAD I am now! maybe I needed all those "slip-ups" to help me learn something LOL! Like dont think you can be "good" all week and then have a cheat weekend and be "ok" LOL...

I am done yo-yoing- I am HAPPY to be in these 6's- and I know I will get to my goal as long as I keep plugging away at this thing!!

You look GREAT by the way- your totally adorable!!!

Thanks for checking in on me. I got swept away with holidays and other stuff going on, so I have been MIA for about two months (although I have still been working out). I am so ready to get devoted again on here! I am dying to get a new polar watch one of these days soon to help give me some more motivation.

I try to stay in better touch now that I am back again! Keep up the good work!!

Thanks for the encouragement on my blog! Hopefully after a few times of 'cheating' and realizing that it's not as fun as it once was because my body prefers healthier options I'll learn! :)
