I'm giving this page a try because I feel like this website lets me be a little OCD about what I eat, and how much I work out.

I don't think I'm fat...but I think that I can definitely lose a little weight in a healthy way! Any advice would be great!

How is it going? I know the feeling of back sliding. I have been there too (and recently). It is very frustrating! But don't give up, it just makes the hill you have to climb all that much higher.
