It's my turn! I've been in the backseat long enough! I've been divorced for over 10 years and during those years packed on more weight! I've been dealing with depression and I can see the light moreso now than in the past. I've constantly put my children activities before my fitness. I've made sure they've stayed in tip-top ...

It's my turn! I've been in the backseat long enough! I've been divorced for over 10 years and during those years packed on more weight! I've been dealing with depression and I can see the light moreso now than in the past. I've constantly put my children activities before my fitness. I've made sure they've stayed in tip-top shape through dance, karate, and track as I watched on the sidelines. The busy scheduled allowed me to quit working out in a time crunch as well as abandoning SparkPeople.

I got my braces off in October and the fire began to burn in me again about being the total package! I started slowly working out with my trainer again. Now that I've gained more confidence, I refuse to quit again!! I smile more than I ever had in these past years! The great person that's been in hiding is finally breaking through the shell of low self-esteem.

Back Off!! It's my turn and I'm not letting anyone get in my way!!

Give yourself some credit! For how much you do and how hard you work. For how deeply you care and how strong you can be. And for how often you put someone else first, and for how little you expect in return. All the good things you think about other people are true of you. So pay yourself a compliment ,too!

I hope that you had a great weekend. Mine was good, did alot of walking. I just wanted to pop in your page to remind you to emoticon drink up your water its hot outside and the body needs that extra H20.

emoticon I AM BACK! Man,I missed all you guys so much!

emoticon Its FRIDAY!! The weekend has come and I am in full swing, as many of you guys know that I had to deal with some major drama in life but all is well.

emoticon Happy late 4th of July! emoticon LOL

emoticon So what are you planning this weekend? I am going to walk,walk, walk and work on the garden at my en laws house.

I challenge you guys to emoticon walk 10,000 steps Saturday and Sunday...Yes I know thats alot but you can do it!
Dont forget to emoticon drink up on your H20..lol...and your daily vit..

ITS FRIDAY! SO emoticon over here emoticon over there emoticon weekend is here!!

Super Friday!

I am just swinging by everyone's page to wish you guys a great weekend and to add a little challenge here. emoticon

I challenge you to laugh harder, smile more and most important have some fun. Go to the dollar store and buy some bubbles and blow them, from your back yard..or chew up some bubble gum and have a contest on who can blow the biggest bubble if you do this take a picture so I can see.I will do the same..I also challenge you to walk more emoticon at least an extra 500 steps..extra then normal. (if possible of course)
