July 2009 My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Saved me and transformed my life. My body represents who I was not who I am. I am ready to enjoy every moment of my transformation.

I am a 25 years old and a mother of a wonderful 2year old son.

I realize that I thought suffering was giving up the foods I wanted and having to exercise. What I realize is that I was suffering every single day in the life and body I was in. Through the sacrafice of the Lord I am aware of that suffering and being cleansed and restored. Praise his mighty name...

Paige submitted the following Sunday challenge: Eat as many of the color of the rainbow fruits and vegetables as you can today. See how many colors you can come up with. Remember the more colorful the food, the higher it is in antioxidants.
