S - I will weigh 13 pounds less by my birthday.

I will log my food at least five times a week.

M -I will use the scale and my food log to measure these goals.

A - I can attain these goals at this moment. I will revise my strategies if needed.

R - These goals are realistic because I can reach them losing a pound a week.

T - My birthday is my time goal.

Just checking in on you....

This week I logged everything and learned two things:
1. I go over my daily calories when I eat out.
2. If I go out, I usually hit 2,000 calories/day

It's really helpful to log to pinpoint this stuff. I hate doing it....but the things we dislike the most are often the things we need the most. Ugh!

Hi there!

Yes, I would love to partner with you on being accountable for logging my food. I tried to do so with Weight Watchers this spring but got off track quickly.

I got on the scale this morning and realized I've gained 12 pounds since my surgery in June. Yikes! Clearly being accountable for my food is the only way I can get to my goal.

How can I help you? Let's do this!!!!
