Thanks for the clown. My recovery is definitely up and down. I have another 2 weeks before I can start band work, so it will probably be at least 7 weeks before I can start light weight lifting. Hope you're doing well! 708 days ago
Hi...I read that you wanted to learn to hula hoop. Have you tried that yet? I'd love to (if I could find one big enough to work around MY middle) but was worried about the lateral movement on my knees. I LOVED it as a kid...was pretty good with it. It's GREAT for the waistline. If you've tried it, I'd love to know how it was.
