S - I will weigh 13 pounds less by my birthday.

I will log my food at least five times a week.

M -I will use the scale and my food log to measure these goals.

A - I can attain these goals at this moment. I will revise my strategies if needed.

R - These goals are realistic because I can reach them losing a pound a week.

Thanks for the goody! Krav Maga is the self defense strategy & tactics taught to the Isralie Special Forces, FBI, CIA, SWAT, Seals, ect. It's a great workout and teaches you how to get out of a conflict alive!

Hi there SparkGirl,

Happy Easter!

I'm just checking in with you. I'm still plugging away, but still maintaining. This week I tried green smoothies. They're awesome. My best friend told me that I'm looking a lot better already. He has no idea I'm drinking my greens!
