Hi everyone well like many of you guys, I want to lose weight. I want to be lean, tone and have a healthier lifestyle. I do want to say, I don't want to be on a diet. I tried it already and refuse to try it again. I am here trying to change my lifestyle. I am making a life long commitment to change my life for the better and here I am!
