I am a wife, I am a mum and I am an athlete
I have been overweight for a number of years now and I have been going to the gym for about 5 years - (when I say going I mean basically wasting my time and everybody elses) Said I was eating clean when I really wasn't. Blamed my weight on my genetics blah blah blah.

Buying books and DVDs wasn't going to ''fix me'' I NEEDED TO PUT THE EFFORT IN....
The only way to get a healthy great looking body is to eat healthily and excercise (lots of it)......
Its science ''less in more out'' and also what goes in must be CLEAN!
There are 24 hours in a day surely I can dedicate just 2 hours of it to being the healthiest I can be - NO MORE EXCUSES.
People say Lisa ''when did you take it to bodybuilder level'' I say when I decided I wanted to be the best me I could be...

How do I know this time it will be different because I know and I know that ''I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me''

THE PLAN

Run 30mins to 45mins (HIIT) every morning (no excuses) treadmill or otherwise.


Strength training 3-4 times a week (no excuses)


EAT CLEAN (no cheat days) AND no excuses (Stop being so weak)

I will only weigh myself 2 weekly but I will measure myself weekly.

I will take my meals to work and I will eat clean - NO cheat meals until I lose a stone (14lbs)

My Goals:
I am currently 76lbs above my ideal weight. I want to lose 76lbs but its not just about the weight loss I want to be toned - add muscle and healthy looking.
