My Goals:
I started losing weight on my own in January 2010 at 268 lbs.

I have fat left to lose, but I'm well on my way to getting the strong, healthy body I want! My motivation comes from fitness models like Jamie Eason and Amanda Latona. That lean, feminine yet muscular look is my ideal.

My Program:
I have a three-day weight training split (chest/triceps; back/biceps; legs/shoulders) alternated with four days of HIIT and ab work. I combine this workout routine with my Atkins eating program, and I am having amazing results.

Cici, you are so sweet! I was originally using Spark for both tracking and community, but now that I'm doing Atkins I focus more on the Atkins Diet Bulliten Board for support/info on that way of eating, and was using Spark mostly just for tracking. Since Spark isn't really good at tracking net carbs (carb - fiber), it isn't useful to me as a tracker for Atkins. It seems like a lot to use both ADBB and a different site for tracking (FatSecret) and still stay here, too... I am not shutting down my account or anything, so I'll still get email notices if I get comments on here.

I hate to see you go!! Can you not do SP and this fatsecret site? I do a few other sites but SP is where I've found the community I needed to reach my goals. I know its different for everyone though and wish you the best no matter where you are. :)

Thanks for posting on my blog. I had written that one about Chrissie Wellington and Paleo over a year ago. I am just getting back into triathlon training after a bike crash in September, and thinking about CW's attitude was a shot of motivation this morning.

I am glad you have joined our team. I am unable to work out for a few days yet, but I hope to be back at it next week. I love strength training and have found it to be very helpful.
