Eat, Run, Have Fun!

My Goals:
I started losing weight on my own in January 2010 at 268 lbs. I have fat left to lose, but I'm well on my way to getting the strong, healthy body I want! My motivation comes from fitness models like Jamie Eason and Amanda Latona. That lean, feminine yet muscular look is my ideal.
My Program:
I have a three-day weight training split (chest/triceps; back/biceps; legs/shoulders) alternated with four days of HIIT and ab work. I combine this workout routine with my Atkins eating program, and I am having amazing results.
