I am a full time college student that works part time 35 hours per week. I love my job and I can't wait to be finished with school! I am tall and about 152lbs with a pear shape. I've lost 25 lbs since Jan 2010 just from changing my eating habits, and feel great! but I want to take it a step further but something is stopping me. I'd like to say that my lack of motivation is due to my schedule change, but it really isn't... maybe because I am a stubborn individual? I know how to be healthy ...

I'd like to say that my lack of motivation is due to my schedule change, but it really isn't... maybe because I am a stubborn individual? I know how to be healthy and I have been active most of my life but I need to adopt better exercising habits along with a positive attitude. I am guilty of not practicing what I preach. I long to be content with myself and need to learn to be happy with what I have instead of always trying to change things around me or trying to change myself. My goal is to adopt better habits to be an overall more productive & healthy person. I look forward to being an early bird rather than a night owl. I look forward to implementing this new lifestyle change into my daily schedule... but I need some assistance and guidance doing these things! My journey begins!

congrats on your previous 25 lbs weight loss. How much are you looking to loose right now? I'm not sure how tall you are but from looking at your body pic 152 is not terrible lol. The way your weight is distributed is really not bad. Girl, i'm yelling you..with your knowledge, this site and all the support out here you can do it. After reading your intro, I thought you were
a bit heavier lol but your not as bad off or far from where you want to be and I don't even know where you want to be lol. You can do this=)
