My Goals:
I am very excited about getting my nutrition and exercise in check. Reaching a fitness level of repetition and not just maintaining actually improving and molding a new shape is very invigorating.

My Program:
Exercise 4 times a week with cardio and core. Keeping track of my intake of all foods as well as writing out a daily menu a week in advance is the only way I can stay focused...Sparks people blogs and nutrition have given me the tools to plan my meals.

Personal Information:
The struggle for weight loss is a tough road. The struggle for body change and muscle is a nutrition and exercise life change. The help of gym and knowledge is the key.

Other Information:
I am so excited with this new weight loss.
