My Goals:
Next four weeks: 1. Eat for energy, 2. Exercise 6 times a week, 3. Drink water, and 4. At least 8 hours sleep, 4 days a week.
My Program:
1. Balance of good carbs, protein, and portion size. 2. Combination of cardio and weights - light to moderate effort. 3. With every meal and during weight sessions. 4. Bed nlt 10:30pm. Awake nlt 7am.
