About me
I am in my 60's,8 grandkids,1 greatgrand,awith another otw..:)
Have never had a huge weight problem until this past holiday season..I was up to 132,which I have never been! (other than kids)
I am already back down to 120..BUT,has taken over 2 months with working out to a video,and really TRYING to watch my diet..(I Love to eat,fyi) My goal is nearing,but may want to lose more,and definitely keep the exercise going..SO,hope to get some hints,tips here..
