2013 is MY year.

I am so tired of the up and down on the scales. I just have to gain control of my yo-yo weight loss/gains.
Not only do I have to do it for my self, I have to to loose the weight and get into better health for my son.
I hit 40 in 2012 and it hit me hard. I have had a hard time with this milestone and I need to make some changes for myself to be better for my future.

You're invited to post your exercise minutes (up to 60 min.) on our team's Virtual Hike Challenge. Currently we're hiking the Pacific Crest Trail and are up to 435 miles out of 2,650.

To participate, all you need to do is copy and paste from the previous entry and then change the numbers accordingly.
