This is not a diet, it is a lifestyle change.
I decided 1/12/2010 to take my life back. I started a exercise boot camp class which was one of the hardest things I have ever done in May 2010 I started the C25k . I didnt realize how out of shape I really was. I have come to enjoy it now.. It has been 18 months now and I have finally met my goal weight. I have run in ( 3 )5k races and (2) 8K (2) Mile races . I ran my first 20k Dam to Dam race in June this year. I have learned I can do whatever I set my mind to do. I love to challenge ...

My Goals:
My goal for 2012: * Tone up * Run a race at least once a month. *Increase my running time. *Strength train 3X a week. * Be a motivator.
My Program:
I am working hard every day on eating the right foods. I am still learning so much. . I try to exercies 5-6 days a week.
Other Information:
I enjoy hanging out with my kids and wonderful husband, reading, camping, watching football (Go Bears) rideing my bike, and hanging out with my girl friends.
