New Year, New Me

I am a 30-year-old mother of two, ages 3 and 1. I recently reenlisted in the Marine Corps after being out for almost 2 years. During that time, I let life and its challenges sidetrack my fitness, and now find myself wanting to lose weight and regain that toned body I had ten years ago.

My Goals:
1) Drink 8 cups of water per day.

2) Only drink two cans of Coke (max) in one month.

3) Do at least 15 minutes of strength training or 25 minutes of cardio 5 days per week, or a combo of the two.

4) Stay within my recommended calorie range for 6 days per week, at least.

My Program:
Currently following the guidelines set forth in the Abs Diet, mixed in with the SparkDiet recommendations.

Personal Information:
Originally from San Diego, but the Corps has taken us to Boston, and soon to Quantico, VA!

Other Information:
I love books, and am reading High School Confidential at the moment.

Movies I like that I recently watched and recommed: The Bucket List, The Prestige.

Welcome to the caddy girls. Were you at pandelton? My son was stationed there. I loved it out there. My granddaughter was born at the naval hospital on base and I was there to watch it all.
Reading your goals I see you want to cut down your soda pop to fewer cans a month. I also loved cocacola. I now cant stand it. Maybe we can get you off it too!!

My name is Lady Anne and I'm leading the team, we weigh in on Thursdays and put our weigh loss either on the board or you can email me with it. I put a weekly score on the board and then tot it up to see how much we have lost in the month. Let's go and see if together we can donate 50 pounds!!!
