I've been on & off the SparkPeople wagon a few times now. But this is the FIRST time I've realized how truly amazing this program is & known for a surety that it is what I need in order to reach my fitness goals.
I'm finally ready to put forth my very best efforts to loose weight & live a healthy life. No more giving up!
I read The Spark & it is such an amazing book. It really changed my life for the better. I'm putting in the work & I'm ready to reap the benefits.
Success doesn't come as quickly as we would like, but I'm choosing to hang in there & not give up until my goals become my reality.
