Guess what? I am tired of taking a backseat to my own life!

Hi everyone! Thanks for stopping by my page! I have been a member of Sparkpeople for about 2 1/2-3 years off and on. I would lose track of what my main goal was and usually fell off of the wagon. Not this time. I am quitting smoking, working out and eating right. I know it's a lot of goals to be thinking about but I figure, why not just go all in? "Cold turkey" on all of my vices.

I have always been on the heavier side my whole life and now that I am getting older I realize that I want to be truly and utterly happy. I have realized that through all the good times and laughter, I was not *truly* happy and a lot of that had to do with my weight and how I felt about myself.

I am determined and committed to this journey!

Cycling with my 1.2 Trek!!

Other Information:
I am currently participating in a class called Piyo. The instructor said "It is pilates and yoga on steroids." She was not lying!

P.S. My friend had a date with the spinning instructor the very next night. They both confided in me that it was the best date they've ever been on. Eeeeeep!!!!

Thank you so much for your comment and support. Tracking has done wonders for me especially with pics since pics seem to tell us the things we don't want to hear, but they keep me accountable! I would definitely recommend it! BTW I love your page..and congrats on the spin class---I'm still intimidated to try one, but it's in my future plans!
