I was with my Mom In Law/Friend, Candy Woodstock-62- recently as she died from Lung Cancer. She had stopped smoking the very second they'd found the 1st tiny spot but it was still too late. She wished others would learn from her fate but imagined they probably wouldn't. I don't smoke, BUT I have not kept at a healthy BMI/Weight & that can cause a life to end far too soon also! I will NOT allow her death to be in vain. Whenever I am tempted to backslide by little treats that can hurt me, I will think of a FAR Sweeter "CANDY"... our angel and I know she will help me be strong.

If you go to one of the discussions, on the right side of the page about 2/3 down you will see 'my spark teams'. Click on that and a list of your teams will come up with check boxes, You can check to see them on your page, get e-mails when people comment on them, etc. If you check the right boxes they will show up.

It's been a long time. Hope you are doing well. I am not on here as much as I used to be. I joined W.W. and I go to weekly meetings. It helps to be in a group that i can see. It's slow going though. You sound like you are on a new exciting journey. Would love to hear more about it from you.
