This time...

I've been trying to lose weight for a long time. This time I intend to keep going until it happens, no matter how long in takes. No more throwing in the towel and restarting time and time again.

My Goals:
Lose 35kg
Run a 5k

My Program:
Focusing on smaller portions of healthy food.
Exercising at least 45 minutes each day.
Walking mornings to start.

Personal Information:
Tomorrow's my birthday (Nov 17th). I turn 33, yet again, lol.
I am a single mother to a 4 year old boy (born March 16, 2008).
I never lost the baby weight, plus I was overweight before the pregnancy anyway.
I've blogged since 2008, on and off, for weight loss, but have never had lasting progress.

This time, I intend to make it happen. By my next birthday I want to be at my best weight and feel greater than I have in the past 5 years.
