My little page!

Well it is November and I want to use this new month as a new beginning! It is time to get back to doing what I am supposed to do, not just what is easy to do. It is time to get what is important to me done.

I am looking to loose some weight, increase my endurance, tone up and get stronger. That should be enough to keep me busy for a long time!

I know that cleaning up my diet and eating more of what I am supposed to will help a lot. Already this place is showing me ...

I am looking to loose some weight, increase my endurance, tone up and get stronger. That should be enough to keep me busy for a long time!

I know that cleaning up my diet and eating more of what I am supposed to will help a lot. Already this place is showing me that I am not eating as well as I used to! Being that I only eat a Vegan diet I thought I was always eating very good!

I also need to work on making exercise a habit for me. I need to be doing it every week.

I am also looking to find ways to help me make the goals into a reality. Most of the time it is a matter of motivation and accountability. I am always looking for people to talk to and work out with. I am willing to help others where I can.
