Hello! My name is Emily and I'm 12 days into being 30 and I am not where I hoped I'd be, but I have all ready made some progress. I started my journey pre-Sparkpeople with a weight of 350 and partnered with Sparkpeople on this journey at 292. 58 pounds down and 142 pounds to go. 142 pounds sounds, feels, and IS overwhelming when you're on your own!! My Goals:
Start Weight: (Pre-SP) 350 Start Weight With SP: 292 1. Lose 1-3 lbs per week. 2. Eat Breakfast every day. 3. Drink 64 oz of water every day. 4. Cut back on pop and only drink DIET pop if/when possible. 5. Keep food tracker. 8/9/2011: Weigh-In 1 Month (Goal of 4-12 pounds lost).
My Program:
Food Tracking on SP with 1500-1700 calories/day goal. I LOVE Weight-Watcher Points Plus, but may have to cancel after this month, so I will go back to tried and TRUE: First Place 4 Health. With God FIRST in every part of my life, I hope to break the addiction food has over me once and from all.
