I do love the Shred. The workouts are only 27 minutes, but they're intense with no breaks---which I love. The moves are simple, not a bunch of fancy crap. You work more than one muscle group at a time. Plus Jillian isn't perky and obnoxious. I love that I can get such a full body workout in less than a half hour :) I got mine on Amazon for like $9 new! 2339 days ago
