My Goals:
To take a good look at my habits and change them.
Be committed to emotional growth so that I may feel better and avoid overeating.
Enjoy the wonder filled plethora of vegetables and fruits that our Father God has provided on this Earth and try to restrain myself from eating food that would be contrary to my benefit.
Increase exercise. I have several motivating friends and goals which I feel like I could emulate to improve my health in spite of my physical problems. After all it is good to focus on the moment and make the most of that quintessential essence of time.
My Program:
Hang in there no matter what.
Ask for help.
Seek motivation.
Get adequate rest and follow doctor's orders!

Personal Information:
I am a believer in the saving mercy and grace of Christ the Lord of my heart.
I live in a rural county in Upstate, NY cradled by Northern Pennsylvania to the South, the Finger Lakes of NY to the North and Central NY's Caatskill mountains to the East. A very scenic and pleasant area. The community I live in is, for the most part, quiet, but for town where there is a bit of hubbub. I like art, poetry, drawing, and computer art. I enjoy a some photography. I hope to get photo shop and do more. As of this week, my camera is broken and I need to replace it.
I have a wonderful family of a treasured mother and lovely stepmother and Dad, and two amazingl sisters and their families whom I love very much and many wonderful friends who are dear as family.
