New and Improved
I was 152 when I got my license before MSMS, and I was 152 when I graduated. I've done some small diets. I started Spark at 157 when I got engaged in Feb 2007. I stopped in June when I was 152. I started Spark again in late October 2007 and checked in at ... 153. I was trying and getting no where. And then that one scary up. My top reccommended "Normal" BMI is 140lbs. I want to be five pounds into that healthy range.

My Goals:
1) I want to feel comfortable in all my clothes. 2) I want to feel beautiful at my wedding. Prettier than anyone in the room. 3) I want to feel sexy on my honeymoon.
My Program:
Walk 3mi/45min on weekdays (243cal) and bike 14mi on weekends (672cal). I want a calorie deficit of 3500 each week. (BMR of 1850) Buy scales=Just did that!: )
Personal Information:
Wedding - May 25, 2008 First Baby - 2010 My father is obese and has diabetes. My mother is shorter than me and now over 300lbs. I'm 5'3" so 20lbs is like three sizes up (or down) for me.
Other Information:
I graduated with my BA in May 2007, and moved in with AMSCIPIO. I worked my college PT job for a while, feeling out my new FT job, which required me to bike 16mi/wk, and waitressing is a WAY MORE active job than my FT. I quit the PT in August and now only work 40hrs/wk... sitting in a desk. It's made it harder. I've cut back on my drinking, though. I just need the determination of my youth.
