CUT!!! My intro take #12...ACTION! *snap*

How many times will I rewrite my intro?? Hopefully this will be the last time I write out "my plan"! Hopefully my next intro will be what I have accomplished and how I plan to stay there. But for now...

My Plan:
1) Exercise 5 days a week
2) Keep a food/exercise diary
3) Keep calories eaten minus exercise calories burned at 1200ish per day.

I have enrolled in a jogging class so that I am held accountable and cant come up with an excuse to not do it, ...

I have enrolled in a jogging class so that I am held accountable and cant come up with an excuse to not do it, I get an F if i dont jog, dont want that happening! And, I am enlisting the help of SlimFast (well, the walmart equivalent of it) for breakfast and lunch to help me out with keeping the calories in check and so I can actually meet my daily calcium requirement...for now anyway.

So, thats it...plain and simple. Ive lost 10 lbs so far and hopefully will continue!

My Goals:
My weight/size goal is to be a size/weight i feel most comfortable at when I get there. Ill know it when Im there :) Until then Im setting my goal weight at the middle of my "ideal weight"

My exercise goals are to be able to complete a 5K, 10K and half marathon. I also to "swim oxford" (26 total miles) and get the t-shirt! ;)


My Program:
Keep it simple!

Exercise daily & eat mindfully!

Personal Information:
I live in Mississippi. Im married with two boys, 21 & 14, I have 3 step-kids 27, 25 & 21 and 3 beautiful 2yo granddaughters! Im also mom to 3 dogs (who dont know they are dogs), 2 cats (who the dogs think are pets), and 1 ferret (who likes to remind the dogs they are DOGS!)

Other Information:
I am a librarian and an assistant scout leader to a great group of boy scouts. I love being involved with scouting and going camping. My favorite exercise activities are walking, hiking, running, swimming laps & lifting weights! I also like to read when I can find the time and a book that interests me.

I just read your post about keeping accountable. How great that your employer encourages you to do classes and even gives you the time for it! That must be a real motivator!
