CUT!!! My intro take #12...ACTION! *snap*

How many times will I rewrite my intro?? Hopefully this will be the last time I write out "my plan"! Hopefully my next intro will be what I have accomplished and how I plan to stay there. But for now...

My Plan:
1) Exercise 5 days a week
2) Keep a food/exercise diary
3) Keep to the calorie range SP suggests
4) Drink 8 glasses of water every day

I have enrolled in a jogging class so that I am held accountable and can't come up with an excuse to ...

I have enrolled in a jogging class so that I am held accountable and can't come up with an excuse to not do it, I get an F if i don't jog, don't want that happening! I have also purchases a recumbent bike to use at home on the days I don't jog and since I no longer have a place to walk without getting in my car and driving somewhere (love my new house but I miss my walks in the country though!)

So, that's it...plain and simple.

Future goal: I would like to transition to clean eating. I'm working on my plans for having a couple of chickens and a garden to help with that. Time will tell... baby steps!

My Goals:
My weight/size goal is to be a size/weight i feel most comfortable at when I get there. Ill know it when Im there :) Until then Im setting my goal weight at the middle of my "ideal weight"

My exercise goals are to be able to complete a 5K, 10K and half marathon.


My Program:
Keep it simple!
Drink my water, exercise daily & eat mindfully!

Personal Information:
I live in Mississippi. Im married, have 2 boys and 3 step-kids, 4 beautiful granddaughters & 1 cutie pie of a grandson! I'm also mom to 3 dogs (who don't know they are dogs) & 1 cat that only acknowledges us when shes hungry or her ears itch.

Other Information:
I am a librarian and an assistant scout leader. I love being involved with scouting and going camping. My favorite exercise activities are walking, hiking, running, swimming laps & lifting weights! I also like to read when I can find the time and a book that interests me.

I just read your post about keeping accountable. How great that your employer encourages you to do classes and even gives you the time for it! That must be a real motivator!
