My Journey to Healthy

I'm here because I've had enough of being overweight. I have two years left till thirty, having spent the last fifteen years overweight. Well enough is enough, I think I've seen all I have to see fat, time for a change! I have given myself two years to get back to health and be fit and healthy at 30! Woohoo! Bring on the salad and veg.

Update 01/01/2011 - I had a little break from tracking/using spark towards the end of 2010. I'm refreshed for 2011, and back on now!

My Goals:
Lose the holiday weight and get to 330lbs (100lbs loss!).

Canoe holiday in norway with my sister - 260lbs

Ultimate goal- achieve and maintain my ideal weight. -230lbs approx, I'll see how I feel when I get there.

The goals I focus on day to day are:
- Eat right
- Drink right
- Exercise more

My Program:
I try and get in five days of cardio a week, either at the gym, in the pool, walking or now and again some xbox. I also do weights three times a week, and abs three times a week.

I also track food and try to get all my fat, carbs, protien, sodium and cholesterol in the recommended zone.

My targets for activity level are just to do better than the week before. 1min is enough.
