Hi there,

We haven't been in touch lately and I just wanted to say hello and I hope you are doing well with your plan to get rid of those last pounds. We are alternating days of snowfall and 60 degrees with sunshine and getting outside as much as possible. Working out in the basement with videos can get old! Best wishes to you.
