My Goals:
My current goal is to get down to 140, but ultimately, I would like to be in the 130-135 range.
My Program:
Right now, I'm starting easy. I am going to: *Track my food every day, even the junk food. *Stay under 1700 calories *Do four classes at the gym a week- mix cardio and strength training.
Personal Information:
Originally from the East Coast, I unexpectedly found myself in the prairies of the Midwest, and loved it! I just moved to Kansas City, and I'm setting up a whole new life in a new job. It's exciting and scary.
