Hello, my name is Annie. I'm a community literacy worker who also knits, does yoga, reads/listens to audio books, writes, and sometimes plays dress-up.
I have already lost 131 pounds (59 of them since starting at SP January 2, 2014) and am looking to lose at least 18 more...
Weight Loss Goals:
1. To be under 200 pounds by the end of April 2014. **GOAL MET March 20, 2014**
2. To be under 170 pounds by the end of September 2014 (no longer medically obese). **GOAL MET September 14, 2014**
3. To reach my goal weight of 140 pounds (no longer medically overweight) by the end of July 2015.
Cardio at least 6 days per week for 30 to 60 minutes.
Strength training 3 to 6 days per week, as workouts and rest days allow.
Yoga 2 or 3 days per week.
Counting calories and getting lots of fruits and veggies.
Getting a decent amount of sleep.
My highest weight was 289 pounds several years ago. I am still getting used to thinking of myself as "someone who loses weight" or "someone who has lost weight" but I'm getting there! I anticipate hitting my goal weight by mid 2015, if not sooner. Then the hard stuff begins!

I haven't been on regular, so busy with moving, then kinda got out of the habit. However I have been running and forming a good habit there. I am doing my first 5k this Saturday. I am very excited!!
Now if I could form better eating habits. I like sugar, A LOT!!

Yes, TURN is awesome. Not quite the thrill ride of Fargo or anything (RIGHT! This week was AWESOME! I cant wait for the finale), but a good drama, HOT HOT Brits in period costume (omg jj field, nuff said) and of course, SPIES! Intrigue! The Culper Spy Ring, American Revolution, the best looking George Washington you've ever set eyes on, guaranteed. The finale was this past week, and we (when I refer to WE its my tumblr fandom) are hoping for a second season. Its coming to Netflix so keep your eyes peeled. So you are actually watching 24? I want to be excited about it, I really do, I just cant. I was never able to keep up on the previous series and I feel like Id have no context. Is it good?

I feel like its even more true as of late - I am in tune with my body and recongnizing when something isnt right instead of ignoring it like I used to. I just hope I find answers, soon! Thank you for always being here for me.
