My Goals:
Group exercise keeps me motivated and is fun. I like to try different classes at the gym but my favs are spinning, circuit training/ strength training classes, turbo jam classes, kickboxing etc.
Goal: 4 or 5 times a week minimum
Goal: stay within calorie ranges
Goal: track EVERY DAY whether it is a "good day" or not

My Program:
-Track everything I eat everyday
-group exercises
-staying within calorie range
-opting for more produce and lean meats
-taking opportunities to be active

Personal Information:
I am trying to enjoy all that life has to offer.

Thanks ffor the blog comment! I have a copy of ab ripper x and woooh it is tough sometimes I want to stop and cry but when I did it consistently I really saw a difference! I also think I might start swimming but I'm not going to lie I havent real life swam in a looong time and being in a bathing suit alone in a pool of college kids kind of freaks me out. I guess it's my last real lack of confidence in myself coming out but maybe it's time to kick that door down and start doing something that puts me out there.

I love Insanity!

It's... well... insane! haha

The workouts range anywhere from 35 to 45 minutes and afterwards I am beat and know I just worked out. Drenched in sweat. In the two and a half weeks since I started my stamina has increased quite a bit!
