I would like to get down to a more healthy weight so I can look and feel better.
To start off with I decided to try the slim fast 3-2-1 eating program. That's 3 healthy snacks, 2 slim fast shakes or meal bars for breakfast and lunch, and one healthy dinner. I decided to start with this since I have a problem with 1) skipping meals and 2) just going out to eat when there is nothing handy. This way I have no excuse it's not hard to open a shake or grab a quick snack and for now I only have one meal a day to worry about cooking and once I get into the groove with that I can add more.
