Been gone a while

I have been gone for a while and need to get back at this.

Sold where we were living and bought a new house, so my treadmill was folded up for a long time while we were packing (needed the space for boxes) and after a month and a half in the new house just got it put back together.

I have been busy getting the house arranged and in doing so, I went through my baby clothes and gave myself a major case of the Hives and for the past 4 1/2 weeks have not even thought of ...

I have been busy getting the house arranged and in doing so, I went through my baby clothes and gave myself a major case of the Hives and for the past 4 1/2 weeks have not even thought of doing anything other than scratching. I am finally starting to feel better and went for my first "run" on the treadmill the other night.

Over the past year I have gained weight and I really need to get my butt in gear and get it off again.

I have been continuing to walk every day to and from work. It is still a 20 minute walk to work but just in the opposite direction so I get to see new scenery. I walk past a lake twice a day and the geese are returning so I get to see them daily.

We had to put one of our cats down over the summer but we got a new kitten to add to our family. He is 1/2 belenese, 1/4 siamese and 1/4 himylian. (sorry for the spelling) and will add pictures hopefully shortly.

My Goals:
Loose the weight I have gained back over the past year.

I want to be healthy and enjoy life.

My Program:
I walk to and from work 4 days a week, deliver papers and in the evenings I run/walk on the treadmill. I have started taking Zumba classes.

I watch what I eat especially in the evening.

Thanks for your comment. I didn't know about the exercise thing, but it's interesting. I wonder if it (raspberry ketones) would help suppress the hunger I so often get after exercising. Good luck!
