I apologize for the delay in getting back to you...I had a computer virus and couldn't get on Spark for a while. To answer your question, in the beginning it was hard to stay motivated, but since I had chronic pain and had gotten sick of living with it, this helped me keep on track (especially since after a few days of exercise I started to feel better than I had in years!). As the weight started coming off, it became easier to stay motivated because I could see the reason to keep going by looking in the mirror and feel the reason to keep going in my new found fitness level and lack of pain (I now have no chronic pain!). I hope this helps you on your journey! Good luck...you can do it! emoticon emoticon emoticon
