Hey Denise! No, I've never even heard of Chi Running. I'm going to have to check it out. I used to get shin splints when I first started wogging. Now, my calves hurt and my feet. That is why I thought it was my shoes. I stopped the c25K training a while back because once I got to the 8 min intervals my feet felt like I had just run cross country or something. I told myself I was not going to start the program again until I got new shoes. Thanks for putting the bug in my ear about Chi Running. I am going to google it. Have a great day!
