Dee's Days...

I've been on Spark once before and with the tracking, online motivational articles and community, I lost 60# and kept it off nearly 3 years...then, I allowed old habits to creep back, so here I am-knowing that Spark along with my dedication can bring about long-lasting healthy results...

I'll work with a trainer 3 days per week

Walk every day for at least 30 minutes

Hike at least 5 miles once per week

Bike at least 25 miles per week

I'm a 'country girl' who's adapted to 'city living' for half my life..I've got two grown children, two 'bully breed' dogs, and a husband of 29 years!

Other Information:
I love reading historical fiction, looking at different travel sites and am 'planning' my ideal retirement life!
