"I'm looking to lose some weight." is all I had to say for my introduction back in 2009 when I created my spark page. But now in 2012 I've really started to explore the website and seen what sparkpeople has to offer. I never realized how much help it is tracking my food, and exercise when trying to reach a healthy weight. But now in 2012 I've really started to explore the website and seen what sparkpeople has to offer. I never realized how much help it is tracking my food, and exercise when trying to reach a healthy weight. I started sparkpeople to lose weight, but now that I am halfway to my goal weight I use the website for so much more. I feel more comfortable in my own body and I feel like I can wear just about anything. It has increased my endurance "forcing" me to try new things(exercises/activities) to help me burn the calories I need to burn. I sleep better at night and I rarely stress out anymore, this is not only from exercising and eating right but also some helpful hints I have picked up from the sparkpeople articles and blogs.

My Goals:
To save money I decided instead of buying new clothes to fit my body after gaining 20lbs I'd lose the weight to fit into the clothes that I have.

I'd like to build muscle and my endurance to start hiking on a regular basis, and maybe join an indoor soccer or floor hockey team once I meet my goal weight.

Once I am finished school for the summer I want to take up hot yoga.

Stay within a healthy BMI.
