Ok I got off track..for awhile!!!

Update: The "New Way" worked for about 2 weeks, then I hated it and I wasn't loosing anything..so I gave up!.. but I wasn't gaining even though I was not eating the very best I could.. so success !!!! I have now became a new weight! I know that if I slip I will be able to maintain and not gain all if it back.. but I am not yet were I want to be. Fit and Healthy.. so here I am off again !!!!!!! so onward!

My Goals:
First goal is to make under 200lbs. OK I think I will try for smaller goals.. like getting under 240..Made it! ROCK ON!! at 229.. so next Goal is under 220..

My Program:
1100 cal per day. 30carbs. 90 protein.Also watch fat intake, and 8 glass of water..Back to more carbs.. low carb didn't work for me after about 2weeks...also trying to keep fat at about 20 to see if it helps break this no loss...

Thanks for the fitness minutes goodie. I started out a few months ago just trying to get in the 10 minutes a day that Chris "SparkGuy" Downie recommends. I would do the easiest balance games on the Wii most days, but it gradually built from there. I've only once gotten the 1000 Fitness Minutes trophy, but I expect that sometime mid-year 2012, I should start getting it fairly regularly. emoticon

I've been plateauing for several months now, but have still been learning and growing in that time. Right now, I'm working through The Spark and am seriously learning a lot. Plus, I have refocused on little goals. I gave myself two months to lose five pounds. Just doing that helped skyrocket my motivation and has encouraged me to exercise more.

YES aren't they so good for that!! My horse most definately helps to keep me sane in this crazy life! That's why I have a horse in the first place...I'm not a competitive rider, or even a very good rider, I just got back into it and only hit the occasional trail. Most of all she's my therapy.
